A new class inspired by our chair yoga sessions that were born in lockdown days. Including:
Simple seated movements to help keep the spine and upper body mobile
Some standing poses using the chair to help with balance. Designed to build strength in the lower body and fine-tune our balancing ability
Some seated or standing poses using small weights (optional) for bone health as well as muscle tone
Some fun movement challenges and 'brain training' exercises for a cognitive boost
