Anna has been practicing yoga since 1993 and is passionate about the many benefits that regular practice brings. She trained to teach on the AIYP London Yoga Teacher Training Course, which is fully accredited by the British Wheel of Yoga. Since qualifying in 2011 she has been teaching regular classes across London. She has a special interest in using yoga as a therapeutic tool to support those recovering from illness or injury, or dealing with stress. "Above all I see yoga as a practice in mindfulness; anchoring awareness in the present moment, and in the body. I tailor my teaching to the individual with a flexible and responsive approach." |
