"Since the Covid-19 lockdown, Anna's classes transitioned online. At first i was apprehensive about how effective these would be, but she somehow is able to still study each of her students in detail. She directs us on an individual basis during class, adjusting our positions - a little bit here or there. I have no idea how she does, this but it works! The real benefit of the online approach is that there is no commute back and forth and you maintain your relaxed state for a long while afterwards. I always sleep well after her classes. Her deep rest workshops coupled with her weekly classes have hugely improved my quality of life and I am certain this has been a key aspect to the maintenance of my wellbeing during lockdown and the daily grind, in general."
