What do I need?
Please wear comfortable clothes and bring a layer or two to be warm/cool enough. We practice with bare feet where possible, or sometimes with socks.
Yoga mats, belts and blocks are provided.
You may like to bring your own blanket and even a cushion or two for comfort.
If you happen to have your own yoga mat, please bring along.
